Full payment is due upon all bookings that are confirmed.
If you need to cancel your booking please let us know ASAP.
If cancelled with plenty of notice we are happy to re-schedule or if needed refund a booking (minus transaction fees)
If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours a 50% refund will be processed.
ALL CANCELLED INSIDE 48 HOURS OR LESS WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
While we try our best to maintain and provide good working equipment, sometimes kit does fail. Penguin is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather or emergencies.
If any such occurences happen the studio may credit or refund the Hirer
Health & Safety
We will not be held responsible for any accident or injury caused by the hirer or any member of their party whilst using the studio facilities. The Penguins will assist if anything occurs, but please bare in mind they do not possess thumps.
While we ourselves are fully insured, we encourage all users to have their own personal insurance also.
Breakages & Damage
The Hirer accepts responsibility for damages and breakages caused to studio equipment and premises (excluding wear and tear). Payment for any damage or breakages will be charged at market value and must be settled at the end of the hire period.
Lost and Forgotten Items
The studio is not responsible for your personal belongings or your client’s product. While we will let you know if we find something that has been left behind, it is your responsibility to make sure you have everything you brought into the studio when you leave. The studio is not liable for any loss. If we let you know you left something behind you have 2 weeks to collect it. If small we may be able to store any items however anything to large will be disposed of within that timeframe.
